Kenya has two rainy seasons. The first is in April to mid-May and the second from mid-October through November. Even during the rainy season there is sunshine almost every day. The equator passes through Kenya so daylight hours do not vary much year round from 630hr to 1830hr. The best filming times are from January to March or mid-May to September, although filming may be carried out through the year as there are no distinctively marked winters.
